If you are passionate about customer service, possess leadership skills, and enjoy creating unique gastronomic experiences, we want to meet you! **Your main responsibilities** * Supervise daily dining room service, ensuring proper setup and breakdown. * Organize waitstaff and assistants to ensure efficient service. * Attend to and build loyalty among customers through professional and approachable interaction. * Promote complementary product sales (upselling). * Manage warehouses, restocking points, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Coordinate setup for events or special services. * Resolve incidents and ensure adherence to quality standards and team presentation standards. **Requirements** Education: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in **Food and Beverage Services**, **Hospitality Management**, or similar. * Courses in **customer service**, **gastronomy**, and **food handling**. Languages: * **Fluent Spanish and English** (mandatory).
