Position Summary: We are seeking reception assistance for a hotel, with responsibilities including guest service, call and email management, administrative support, and collaboration on reservations. Collaboration in scheduling organization and smooth communication We are looking for personnel to fill the reception assistance position at a hotel located in Puerto de la Cruz. Main responsibilities include attending to guests and visitors, providing guidance and assistance during their stay. Telephone calls and emails are also managed, including call transfers and message taking as needed. Other daily tasks involve providing administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and document scanning, as well as assisting with record updates. Additionally, collaboration is required in reservation management and scheduling organization, providing information on services, operating hours, and locations. It is essential to act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure smooth communication, along with other duties inherent to the position. This is a temporary contract with full-time working hours of 40 hours per week. The schedule consists of rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday through Sunday, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum experience of 9 months to 1 year. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. German, Italian, or French language skills are desirable. * Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field.
