Acciona, within its Construction business line, requires the incorporation of an Installation Technician for a major urban development project in Southern Tenerife.
**Position Description**
**Mission:**
Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and supervision of installations on building construction projects, ensuring their correct execution on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate and supervise the execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection (PCI), and telecommunications installations.
Review drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor scheduling, costs, certifications, and work quality.
Manage incidents, testing, commissioning, and final project documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, and Design Management.
**Candidate Requirements**
**Requirements:**
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in executing or coordinating installations on building construction projects.
Technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and telecommunications installations.
Ability to interpret drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical construction documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, CYPE, and other management and design tools is desirable.
Planning, organizational, incident-resolution, and team and subcontractor coordination skills.
