To be a Foot Locker Assistant Store Manager, you’ll serve as the store manager’s right hand—supporting them in building a diverse team capable of fueling a high-energy atmosphere. You’ll help inspire the team to deliver first-class customer experiences, forging deep, lasting connections with our customers and communities both in-store and online. Behind the scenes, you’ll assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations—including visual merchandising and inventory reduction. The Assistant Store Manager role is challenging and rewarding, contributing directly to Foot Locker’s continued success. Responsibilities: As a Foot Locker Assistant Store Manager, you will: * Foster a diverse, high-energy environment. * Contribute to daily team goals. * Stay informed about our product range. * Drive an incredible omnichannel customer experience that fosters customer loyalty. * Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines to improve standards and increase commercial effectiveness. * Collaborate with the team to implement new in-store initiatives. * Support the Store Manager in managing inventory reduction, payroll, and controllable costs. * Organize back-of-house operations including daily restocking, inventory control, and shipments. * Provide a safe environment for team members and customers. * Exceed expectations in handling returns and payment processes. * Support the store manager in recruiting, training, and developing a large, diverse team. * Act as Store Manager substitute. Qualifications: You have: * Supervisory experience in a customer-oriented environment. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Solid analytical skills and business acumen. * Proficiency in English and local languages. * Passion for fashion and sneakers.
