




Position Summary: We are seeking a customs operations officer to handle import/export documentation, coordinate processes, resolve incidents, and record data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customs operations management 2. Interdepartmental process coordination 3. Resolution of customs clearance incidents We are looking for a person to manage customs operations in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The job involves processing import and export documentation, reviewing invoices and delivery notes to ensure full compliance. In addition, coordination with other departments, resolution of any incidents arising during customs clearance, data entry into the system, and invoicing will be required. A Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance is required, along with prior experience in the sector. Proficiency in computer tools and immediate availability for a full-time temporary contract are mandatory. Working hours will be rotating Monday to Friday, alternating morning shifts. A personal vehicle is essential for commuting to the workplace, as well as the ability to optimize processes. Higher Vocational Training qualification, Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance or equivalent. Minimum two years’ demonstrable experience in customs clearance. Solid knowledge of customs procedures. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). Flexible working hours and immediate availability to start. A personal vehicle is required.
