From CATALONIA HOTELS, a rapidly expanding hotel chain, we are seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for one of our hotels in the center of ARONA. The **main responsibilities** are as follows: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as specified in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising malfunctions. Verifying that malfunctions have been resolved. * Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the relevant records. * Ensuring that facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. * Managing inventory and spare parts under management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education \+ Installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
