**Position Mission** Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all hotel facilities through corrective, preventive, and conservation maintenance tasks, complying with the company's established quality, sustainability, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry (outlets, faucets, locks, tiles, etc.) in guest rooms and common areas. * Respond to service requests reported by guests or departments. Prioritize interventions affecting hotel operations or involving risks. * Daily inspection of technical equipment, air conditioning systems, pumps, exhaust fans, wet areas, according to established plans. * Document all completed interventions in specific forms (repair reports, daily tasks, energy consumption, technical observations). * Quickly resolve critical incidents affecting guests or facility safety. * Inspect and correct malfunctions in pumps, electrical panels, pool climate control, indoor/outdoor lighting, etc. * Record electricity, water, and gas consumption, supporting the hotel’s sustainability goals. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Technical training in electricity, electromechanics, plumbing, air conditioning, or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance (preferably in the hotel industry). * Knowledge of pool air conditioning and energy efficiency. **We Offer:** * Join a professional team in a dynamic environment. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for career development within the maintenance department.
