You'll work closely with the technical team to ensure our facilities are always in optimal condition, providing fast, high-quality service with a personal touch. Your work will directly contribute to the hotel’s daily operations and the well-being of our visitors. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in setting up and dismantling services * Accompanying guests in the room courteously * Restocking products and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Actively collaborating with the team to ensure an outstanding experience **What do we expect from you?** * Assist in general maintenance tasks at the hotel, including minor repairs to furniture, faucets, carpentry, and painting. * Carry out basic electrical and plumbing interventions. * Monitor and maintain pools in proper condition, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks: legionella control, filter cleaning, pump inspections, and hyperchlorination procedures. * Report incidents to the maintenance supervisor and collaborate in the internal management system. **Who are we?** Landmar Hotels is a Canary Islands-based hotel chain located in southern Tenerife, founded with the purpose of transforming holidays into memorable experiences.
