The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing building project bids, ensuring technical and economic competitiveness and feasibility of proposals. **Responsibilities:** * Preparing bids for tender processes of major building projects in the Canary Islands, including: * Studying and understanding all tender documents, including potential site visits. * Conducting technical and economic assessment of project costs. Liaising with subcontractors and supply chain. * Performing technical analysis of the project, construction systems and solutions, proposing optimization and improvement measures, and identifying design errors when applicable. * Preparing reports, technical summaries, and other documentation. * Coordinating the development of technical documentation required for the bid together with internal departments (Technical Management, Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.), external engineering firms, consultants, and joint venture partners, defining bid strategy, cost estimation, construction planning, risk analysis, document supervision, and final submission, covering areas such as: * Planning and logistics * Site setup and analysis of human and material resources * Risk analysis * Opportunity analysis and value engineering * Contractual and financial analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 / Presto / MS Project / AutoCAD * Promoting digitalization and BIM implementation in tender processes. * Client interaction, including meetings, clarification requests, and any other communication during the bidding process. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical Architect or Building Engineer.
