The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax and labor obligations, as well as other HR tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and work on payroll processing. * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. * Supervise employee hires, terminations, and salary changes. * Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to payroll, as well as other HR matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or Business Administration. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms. * Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
