Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be planning, managing, and controlling service operations in your assigned area—especially ensuring the safety of all our teams at all times. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service by promoting our services through suitable advisory support. * Serve as the point of reference in your area for operational and technical services contracted by our customers. * Be responsible for the operational maintenance costs as well as income from service calls and repair sales within your assigned area.
