When you join us, you become part of our story and contribute to shaping our future. **Join Us As** **Assembly Technician (Tenerife)** ==================================== #### **Your Mission Will Be:** Carry out the installation process, ensuring the use of defined installation methods and tools to achieve required performance targets related to quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **How Will You Do It?** * Perform installation or modernization using Schindler-established methods to ensure objective achievement. * Ensure performance objectives have been met, including quality and safety policies. * Report working hours and progress updates to your team supervisor. * Maintain communication with the customer to ensure their satisfaction at all times. #### **What Do You Need to Succeed?** * A Technical Industrial Engineer degree, Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification, or Professional Training in industrial maintenance or similar is helpful; however, other technical qualifications will also be considered. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within assembly environments involving high technical complexity. * Prior experience in the elevator industry or related sectors is highly valued. * Being proactive—staying one step ahead helps prevent incidents and keeps focus on what matters most. * Results-oriented mindset to meet demanding targets and elevate your competencies to the next level. * Elevator Maintenance Certificate is highly valued. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. #### **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
