Our team consists of experienced engineers and researchers from companies such as Meta, Amazon, and Google. We work on real\-world AI automation problems, building production\-grade systems that combine large language models, orchestration frameworks, and scalable ML infrastructure. You will work closely with innovative European startups building cutting\-edge AI products and automation systems across multiple industries. We are looking for ambitious engineers who want to grow quickly, work on frontier AI systems, and learn from a world\-class technical team. **About The Team** Our AI team consists of seasoned machine learning and infrastructure engineers with backgrounds at Meta, Amazon, and Google. We build modern AI and ML systems using technologies such as: * Kubernetes * Flyte * LangChain * MLflow * vLLM * Distributed inference and orchestration systems This is a highly hands\-on engineering environment focused on shipping production AI systems, not research prototypes. **What You’ll Do** * Build and improve agentic AI systems that power intelligent automation workflows * Develop AI\-powered applications using modern LLM tooling and orchestration frameworks * Fine\-tune and optimise machine learning models for performance, reliability, and scalability * Design and maintain ML infrastructure, pipelines, and model\-serving systems * Work on AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise workflows and complex software systems * Collaborate closely with senior AI engineers and startup founders on production deployments * Contribute across the full AI lifecycle, from experimentation and evaluation to deployment and monitoring * Help build scalable backend systems and APIs that integrate AI into real\-world products **Who You Are** * Excellent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field * PhD is a plus * Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience, internships, research work, or strong personal projects * Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals * Strong understanding of AI product development, including: * AI assistants * RAG systems * agentic workflows * conversational AI applications * Hands\-on experience with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus * Understanding of APIs, Docker, Git, and modern development workflows * Strong communication skills and English fluency * Curious, ambitious, and excited about building frontier AI systems **Why Join Us** * Work directly with experienced engineers from Meta, Amazon, and Google * Learn how production AI systems are designed, deployed, and scaled * Collaborate with fast\-growing European AI startups and international clients * Build cutting\-edge agentic AI systems with real\-world impact * High ownership and fast career growth in an early\-stage environment * Opportunity to help shape the engineering culture and technical direction of the company **Application Note** We know that great candidates do not always match every requirement perfectly.
