Dynamic environment with interaction across different departments **Job Offer: Building Surveyor – Hotel Chain in Tenerife** A hotel chain located in Tenerife seeks to hire a Building Surveyor to assume technical supervision and monitoring of construction projects, renovations, and maintenance interventions across its establishments. We are looking for a candidate with sound technical judgment, strong organizational skills, and experience in environments requiring coordination of multiple teams, execution oversight, and assurance that all interventions meet quality, schedule, and cost targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, supervising, and improving spaces and facilities within the hotel environment. What will you do in this role? * Supervise construction projects, renovations, adaptations, and technical interventions across the chain’s various establishments. * Coordinate work execution with external contractors, industrial partners, suppliers, and internal teams. * Conduct technical site supervision, monitoring schedules, quality standards, and compliance with specifications. * Measure, estimate, and validate work items, certifications, and associated project costs. * Review drawings, technical proposals, and documentation related to permits, construction works, and adaptations. * Identify on-site issues and propose technically and economically viable solutions. * Collaborate in investment planning, facility upgrades, and corrective and preventive maintenance interventions. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding safety, quality, and construction. What profile are we seeking? * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience performing duties as a Building Surveyor, construction execution management, or technical supervision of construction works. * Prior experience in the hotel, tourism, residential, or tertiary sectors will be especially valued. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with rigorous organization and follow-up. * Strong ability to interpret drawings, measurements, estimates, and execution control. * Proficiency in technical and office tools relevant to the role. * Solution-oriented, practical profile with sound judgment for on-site decision-making. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between work sites.
