As **Retreat Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supervising and elevating the Retreat experience—a private resort zone where excellence, privacy, and attention to detail are essential. You will lead your team with inspiration and example, anticipating the needs of our most discerning guests and ensuring every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising daily operations of the Retreat area and its associated personalized services. * Leading, motivating, and developing the Retreat team, ensuring high standards of service, appearance, and presentation. * Ensuring a seamless, consistent, and highly personalized guest experience throughout the Retreat stay—from arrival to departure. * Anticipating guest preferences and expectations, managing special requests and bespoke experiences. * Handling incidents with discretion, empathy, and efficiency, guaranteeing outstanding resolution. * Proactively coordinating with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments. * Providing personalized follow-up for VIP, repeat, and special-stay guests. * Ensuring all relevant guest information is accurately recorded and updated in internal systems. * Upholding the Retreat’s quality, hospitality, and privacy standards. * Supporting ongoing team training and participating in service improvement initiatives. What we seek in you… * Prior supervisory experience in exclusive areas such as Retreat, Club Level, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office within luxury hotels. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to inspire your team and maintain impeccable service even under demanding circumstances. * Passion for personalized service and creating memorable experiences. * Fluency in **Spanish and English**; additional languages are a strong advantage. * Valid work permit for Spain.
