Job Summary: INESPRO is seeking an analytical and experienced Technical Architect to ensure the execution of architectural projects with quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance. Coordination of Safety and Health across multiple construction projects. **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and hands-on construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed to the highest quality standards while strictly adhering to approved budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Management of construction works as a member of the Technical Supervision Team: On-site supervision to ensure works faithfully follow the technical project and applicable regulations. * Economic management and construction certifications, * Documentation: Preparation of site meeting minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. * Coordination of Safety and Health across multiple construction projects. * Support to the Technical Project Office: Quantity take-offs, budget preparation, design support, and calculations. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in material execution management of new residential buildings comprising at least 8 residential units. * Experience in material execution management of new public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational buildings. * Possession of certificates attesting to satisfactory project execution.
