




Staff is required for access control and reception. Training in areas such as access control, reception, general services, or administrative assistance will be valued. Basic computer skills and prior experience in similar positions are important. The selected candidate will handle telephone calls and the public, managing the information they require. They will also prepare the facilities for opening and closing, register guest arrivals and departures via a computer program, and process payments using a card terminal. Other duties include preparing daily reports, setting up and booking meeting rooms, and key management. A part-time working schedule of 28 hours per week is offered, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) scheduled from Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekly rest days as stipulated by law. The contract is temporary, initially covering a leave replacement, with potential for continuation. The gross monthly salary is €861, paid in 14 installments, plus additional allowances for holiday or night hours.
