




**Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and projects. * Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to obtain accurate cost information. * Identify risks and opportunities within each proposal. * Prepare analysis reports and support decision-making processes. * Maintain updated databases of costs and market prices. **Job Requirements** * Degree in Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. * Proficiency in software such as Primavera, and extensive experience using Excel and Pivot Tables. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
