Joining an established and growing company At **HCM CONSTRUCCIÓN**, we aim to hire a versatile Architect to strengthen our technical team. The selected candidate will participate in civil works and building construction projects and collaborate with our naval sector team. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting and development of architectural projects (basic and execution phases). * Support in site management and project monitoring. * Preparation of measurements, budgets, and cost control. * Coordination with engineering firms and other professionals on multidisciplinary projects. * Adaptation and development of architectural solutions for industrial and naval-related projects. * Document management and administrative processing of projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project drafting and/or site management. * Versatile profile capable of adapting to different project types (civil works, building construction, and industrial). * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Presto, Rhino, Tekla Structures. * Knowledge of current regulations. * Experience in industrial environments or the naval sector will be valued. * Teamwork skills and autonomy. **We Offer** * Joining an established and growing company. * Participation in diverse projects (civil works, building construction, and naval sector). * Professional development and opportunity to assume responsibilities. * Salary conditions commensurate with experience and merit.
