Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection and Development Technician to manage the full recruitment, onboarding, and employee development cycle within an engineering environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in talent selection and development. 2. Collaboration in strategic HR projects. 3. University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, or Labor Relations. We are **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, a company specializing in engineering services primarily delivered in the electrical, civil works, energy, and legalization sectors. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking a **Selection and Development Technician** to join our People team at our office located in **Tenerife**. ##### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Writing and publishing job postings, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and presenting shortlists internally. * Conducting interviews via video call and/or in person. * Candidate follow-up and offer negotiation. * Coordinating interviews with hiring managers. * Using digital tools (ATS, job portals, social media) to attract talent and participating in job fairs. * Onboarding new hires and monitoring their progress during their first months. * Managing the employee lifecycle and development, providing support and guidance to operational departments. * Collaborating with other HR teams and supporting internal clients. * Managing exit interviews. * Contributing to strategic People initiatives. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in recruitment agencies and/or engineering firms. * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields (a Master’s in HR is valued). * Motivation for recruitment and headhunting. * Knowledge of recruitment sources and professional networks. * Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Reduced working hours every Friday throughout the year, plus three days of reduced working hours in July and August. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements, per company policy. * Professional stability by joining a group undergoing active expansion. **We’re excited to meet you and welcome you to this outstanding team!**
