The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards across all tasks. This includes performing both scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance arising from unforeseen events, always following the supervisor's instructions. Core responsibilities include starting up and shutting down production machinery, accurately recording consumption data, and coordinating with various suppliers. Additionally, strict adherence to current environmental management, quality, and occupational safety regulations applicable to production processes is essential. Candidates with the ability to verify proper machinery operation—such as correct opening and closing—and a proactive attitude toward improving industrial production will be preferred. The goal is collective professional growth of both the team and the company, fostering a pleasant, goal-oriented work environment. Education in industrial maintenance, electromechanical installations, electricity, mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, or related fields. Industrial maintenance experience required. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Committed individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
