This is not a development position; we require someone with technical awareness to understand the environment and properly channel its needs. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance, based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical and functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all necessary layers—from conceptualization and design through to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We champion multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as back\-end (Java, .Net, NodeJS, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.) or web (HTML\+JS\+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively considered. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * Receiving, analyzing, and managing requests related to: + Technical architecture. + Environments. + Standards and regulations. * Acting as liaison with development teams to resolve technical queries or redirect them to the appropriate area. * Tracking tickets, SLAs, and service reporting. * Supporting technical documentation and procedures. * Ensuring correct application of standards defined by Architecture. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Higher vocational training qualification or Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT projects or services. * Prior experience in: + Technical support to development teams, or + Developer support, or + IT service management. * Experience coordinating small teams will be valued. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
