Focus on customer experience and direct interaction with the public. **Collaborating Chef (Self-Employed) – Cooking Workshops** At **Aromas | Cooking Workshops and Gastronomic Experiences**, we are looking for **collaborating chefs working under self-employment status** to deliver experiential cooking workshops at our venue located in **La Laguna (Tenerife)**. This collaboration is **session-based**, not a traditional kitchen position nor an ongoing employment relationship. **Responsibilities** * Conducting participatory cooking workshops for groups of up to 20 people. * Leading sessions clearly, dynamically, and in an organized manner. * Attending to the group and properly managing the workshop’s pace. * Ensuring the experience unfolds correctly according to the defined format. **Profile** * Chef with experience in cooking and direct interaction with the public. * Strong communication skills and comfort speaking in front of audiences. * Organized, solution-oriented, and professional profile. * Positive attitude and customer-experience orientation. **Conditions** * Collaboration as a self-employed professional. * Workshops lasting **2.5 hours**. * **Compensation: €150 per workshop** (equivalent to the hourly range indicated on the platform). * Session-based activity, scheduled according to calendar and availability. * No exclusivity.
