Key Responsibilities. * Assist senior engineers and project managers in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, railways, and other infrastructure. * Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to gather data and monitor project progress. * Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. * Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors. * Support the identification and resolution of technical issues and challenges during project lifecycle. * Contribute to risk assessment and management processes. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos or equivalent) obtained within the last 1-2 years. * Strong academic record. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000) is a plus. * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential. * Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to relocate and travel to project sites as required. * Valid driver's license. **Seize the challenge.
