Support to the operational and management teams **Administrative Assistant – Santa Cruz de Tenerife** We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join a company in the amusement machines sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling telephone inquiries and managing communications. * General administrative management: invoicing, collection and payment control, document filing and organization. * Preparing documents, contracts, and written correspondence. * Collecting, recording, and monitoring data. * Providing daily administrative support to the operational and management teams. **Requirements:** * Education related to the position. * Prior experience in administrative functions. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). * Organized, responsible individual with strong communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn/improve. **Location:** Santa Cruz de Tenerife **Working Hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 16:30.
