Participates in a growing project with professional development opportunities. **Kraftwerk Fitness is looking for a Regional Coordinator** We seek a candidate with an operational profile, leadership skills, and management capability to coordinate several gyms and training centers of the company. Main Responsibilities: * Operational supervision of centers. * Oversight of cleaning, maintenance, and facilities. * Monitoring of machinery and equipment. * Coordination of construction works, openings, and center improvements. * Team management and leadership. * First point of contact for center staff. * Tracking of monthly revenue and membership acquisition targets. * Management of suppliers, products, and services. * Supervision of schedules and daily operational control. * Ensuring centers operate correctly according to company standards. Requirements: * Prior experience in team and operations management. * Strong organizational skills and results orientation. * Analytical ability, both quantitative and qualitative. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Problem-solving and proactive mindset. * Willingness and ability to travel between centers; personal vehicle required. * Experience in the fitness, retail, or multi-center management sector is a plus.
