Job Summary: Tragsatec is seeking Field Technicians for termite control, performing pest surveys, bait installation, mapping, and pest monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct pest survey and monitoring. 2. Install baiting points using manual and mechanical methods. 3. Map infestations using GPS and update databases. **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 4 Field Technicians for termite control in Adeje, Arona, and Santiago del Teide (Tenerife). **Work Location** -------------------- * Santa Cruz de Tenerife Municipalities of Adeje, Arona, and Santiago del Teide **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Survey for pest presence across different areas * Install ground-level baiting points using manual and mechanical methods * Install wall-mounted baiting points using manual and mechanical methods * Map pest infestations using GPS and update databases on-site * Perform pest monitoring and track infestation development * Travel requirements **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process supporting documents for information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain), or have at least 6 months’ experience in this position ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Biocide Applicator (Level 2 training\) ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 5 years of experience in pest control work * From 1 day up to 5 years of experience in public bodies or public-sector companies holding positions equivalent to or similar to the one requested **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, project scope, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time working hours.
