Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is looking for a 2nd KITCHEN to join the kitchen team at our ORO NEGRO hotel located in Arona (Tenerife). Main responsibilities include: \- Coordinate the kitchen section or station under their responsibility. \- Provide support, follow-up, and implement the Head Chef's requirements. \- Prepare dishes from their station and supervise their finishing and presentation. \- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station, ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinate work assignments for staff under their supervision according to workload. \- Assist in training personnel under their responsibility. \- Participate in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods. REQUIREMENTS \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gourmet restaurants and catering services. \- Proactive, dynamic, leadership skills. \- Availability to live abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. * Must reside on the island of Tenerife.
