Your *experience* in construction supervision, production, and execution will be the driving force behind our innovations. **What You Will Do?** * **Projects:** + Evaluate projects and prepare competitive economic proposals aligned with technical-administrative guidelines and coordinated with the Works Department. + Develop assigned projects in compliance with defined quality, timeline, and budget requirements. + Ensure technical quality across the project portfolio. + Ensure cost and timeline compliance across the project portfolio. * **Works:** + Plan, manage, and supervise projects and construction works. + Plan and monitor execution—including technical and economic aspects. + Ensure correct application and implementation of processes. + Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with regulations, supervising site safety and health plans as well as environmental quality management. + Ensure availability of resources for implementing various phases of assigned works. + Conduct comparative economic analysis to ensure economic efficiency of works. **Requirements** -------------- You must hold a university degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Agricultural Engineering**, or a related field, and have **prior professional experience** in managing projects and/or **hydraulic works**.
