




**Functions:** * Kitchen preparation activities * Prepare the different dishes of your station * Knowledge of standards related to food preparation, processing, supply, storage, and food hygiene. * Prepare basic preparations with multiple applications, as well as stocks and sauces. * Receive, gather, and store goods. * Withdraw raw materials from the warehouse. * Clean the work area, equipment, utensils, and general kitchenware. * Comply with established quality standards * Fully integrate into work habits the adherence to food safety regulations, allergens, HACCP, etc. * Assist with inventories * Perform any other reasonable task when requested by the team **Requirements:** * Food handler certificate * Minimum 1 year of experience * Reside in South Tenerife * Valid ID/NIE/Work permit in Spain and Social Security Number * Availability to work weekends * Rotating shifts **Working conditions:** * Permanent contract * Full-time * Salary according to the Tenerife Hospitality Collective Agreement * Rotating schedules * Meals provided * Uniform provided
