At *L’Appetitosa*, a pizzeria specializing in Italian cuisine (70% pizzas and 30% pastas and Italian dishes), we are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will support food preparation, organization, and kitchen assistance tasks, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency during service. **Main responsibilities:** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station. * Preparation and arrangement of ingredient lines for kitchen and pizzeria use. * Assist in pizza preparation (removing, heating, peeling, chopping, adding ingredients, cutting, and storing). * Manage stovetop cooking: boiling pasta, risotto, lasagnas, and other hot ingredients. * Assist with plating dishes. * Clean and tidy the workstation at the end of the shift. **Requirements:** * Previous and demonstrable experience in hospitality kitchens. * Speed, cleanliness, ability to work under pressure and in confined spaces. * Must reside in areas close to El Sauzal. * Own vehicle required. **Working conditions:** * Contract: 20 hours per week (according to hospitality agreement). * Schedule: * Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 18:30 to 22:30 h. * Thursday: 18:30 to 22:30 h. * Sunday: 12:00 to 16:00 h. * Fixed day off: Wednesday all day \+ another day to be agreed (possibly Tuesday).
