Culinary knowledge for preparing basic dishes and preparations. Knowledge of pastry and baking. Buffet preparation, restocking, and presentation, ensuring an attractive appearance and an excellent customer experience. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in hotels or tourism-related establishments.
