With a proven track record of success in the sector, the company is renowned for the quality of its projects and its commitment to excellence at every construction stage. As a Construction Site Manager (Building), you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initiation to completion. * Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring timely delivery and work quality. * Collaborate with the design and architecture team to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. * Continuously monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate the procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience managing new construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and standards. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Attention to detail and efficient problem-solving capability. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. * Competence in Presto, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP. * 60-hour PRL course. * Advanced English.
