Employee registration and deregistration with Social Security. Processing and tracking enforcement orders from any government authority. Inclusion and control of variable salary components and social security taxable items in payroll. Preparation, control, and submission of tax forms 190 and 111. Monthly management and reconciliation of social insurance records. Accounting reconciliation of payroll after payment execution. Control and management of IRPF, including that of foreign workers. Collaboration with the finance department to ensure correct accounting of labor costs. Auditing of payroll and accounting data. **What we expect from you...** Education in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. Proven experience in **payroll management** and **Social Security contributions**. Knowledge of the **Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement of Santa Cruz de Tenerife**. Team management and supervision. Familiarity with current labor and tax regulations. Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate to advanced level)**.
