**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Technical Engineering to provide Technical Support in Salamanca. **Workplace** -------------------- * Salamanca **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Technical and logistical supervision of services, supporting team coordination activities within the project scope of Camino de Hierro and Vega Terrón River Wharf. * Completion of work forms and preparation of reports. * Technical monitoring and review of work carried out by teams. * Support in public-use activities, public service tasks, and reservation management, as part of the integrated management proposal for Camino del Hierro. * Support in maintenance and auxiliary tasks, personnel control and coordination, as part of the integrated management proposal for Camino del Hierro. * Support in surveillance, maintenance, and cleaning tasks at the Vega Terrón River Wharf. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Technical Engineering (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Type B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 2 months up to 1 year performing duties as an Engineer in team management (verifiable via employment contract or academic experience through employment contract/labor record/internship annex + CV) * From 3 months up to 1 year performing duties as an Engineer in the public sector (verifiable via employment contract or academic experience through employment contract/labor record/internship annex + CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (proficiency verifiable through training course and/or employment contract/labor record + CV). * Knowledge of Portuguese (proficiency verifiable through training course and/or employment contract/labor record + CV) (to be verified during Technical Evaluation). * Proficiency in off-road vehicles (verifiable through employment contract or academic experience via employment contract/labor record/internship annex + CV) (to be verified during Technical Evaluation). **Observations** ----------------- * The application submission period will be open from today, 05/08/2026, until 18/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total of 12 months, if applicable. Full-time schedule Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with established rest days. Possibility of traveling to fairs and events amounting to 25% of the regular working hours.
