LUZA Group is seeking, for a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building, a **Project Draftsman**, as part of a new strategic initiative within the Industrial Division. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and develop industrial products distinguished by their functionality, aesthetics, and quality. * Ensure product desirability, feasibility (industrial), and viability. * Ensure product compliance with industrial regulations and standards. * Preparation of models, drawings, and other technical documentation related to developed solutions. * Prototype monitoring. * Project management based on defined project planning. * Management of related files and documentation. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent * Minimum 5 years’ experience working in R&D and product development environments. * Advanced proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and REVIT. * Sufficient technical English level to interpret specifications and collaborate on international projects. * Experience in calculations and design of welded joints. * Experience implementing MRP, ERP systems, and Quality Management systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in metallic structure design, preliminary mechanical calculations, and obtaining certifications and test reports. * Management capability, proactivity, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and creativity to contribute innovative ideas. * What do we offer? * **Immediate incorporation** at the company’s headquarters in Zaragoza. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.; intensive schedule on Fridays and during summer months. * Flexible compensation including meal, transportation, and childcare allowances. * Benefits under the Zaragoza Construction Collective Agreement. * Pension plan for the Construction Sector. * Competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
