DESCRIPTION **Position Objective** Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of CEAR’s strategy in the area of corporate networks and promotion of the Social Economy, through the identification and establishment of strategic alliances with companies, with the aim of fostering employability and supporting entrepreneurship among refugees. Reports directly to the Territorial Inclusion Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct labour market prospecting and search for job offers and employment resources with companies and/or public administrations within the operational territory. * Establish strategic alliances with companies and/or local public administrations to improve participants’ employability, ensuring the highest possible number of labour market insertions. * Promote new forms and initiatives of the Social Economy and Entrepreneurship: cooperatives, social insertion enterprises, special employment centres, self-employment generation, etc. * Carry out follow-up and maintenance actions for contracts secured through agreements signed with companies. * Manage non-remunerated internship agreements with companies. * Design, develop, and deliver training sessions/workshops aimed at improving participants’ employability within the programme. * Collaborate with the Organisation’s employment team to design individualised vocational guidance processes and competency-based training models. * Design awareness-raising actions targeting companies and addressed to the beneficiary group. * Design and promote business forums aimed at improving the hiring rates of the target group. * Participate in an Employment Observatory, analysing at all times the labour market situation, its evolution, sectors generating demand for workers, most sought-after profiles and requirements by local companies, identification of emerging employment niches, etc. * Represent CEAR in networks, events, seminars, and activities related to employment and entrepreneurship that expand the impact of the Organisation’s programmes. * Prepare reports, records, improvement proposals, documentation, and data entry into corresponding databases, including CEARNET and any others required for programme management. * Assess, manage, monitor, and justify economic support measures aimed at improving employability. * Manage and mobilise the volunteer team within the intervention area. * Monitor the project’s budget.
