**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect or Technical Architect or Technical Industrial Engineer or Industrial Engineer in Gran Canaria **Workplace** -------------------- * Las Palmas Address: Gran Canaria **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Quality control management in maintenance and conservation works. * Document management with material suppliers and subcontractors. * Waste management control on construction sites. * Monitoring of environmental and quality plans. * Monitoring of maintenance plans and preparation of reports. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information contained in the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold one of the following qualifications (Level 2 or 3 under the Spanish Framework for Qualifications in Higher Education – MECES) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): + Architecture + Technical Architecture + Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction or Foundations of Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering + Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction or Foundations of Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering \+ Official Master’s Degree in Engineering and Architecture + Technical Industrial Engineering + Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree \+ Official Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in CAD software * Certified training in Quality Management Systems and/or Environmental Management * Certified training in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 5 years performing duties as a maintenance and/or conservation technician **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 10 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
