Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching. * **Project Management:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases. * **Technical Oversight:** Provide technical guidance in software design, coding, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. * **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
