Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture ***Are you an experienced Senior Engineering Manager with a passion for leading and inspiring high\-performing engineering teams?*** ***Thredd is looking for you to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions in the fintech sector!*** **What you'll be doing as a Senior Engineering Manager** * **Leadership \& Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching. * **Project Management:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases. * **Technical Oversight:** Provide technical guidance in software design, coding, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. * **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure. Implement CI/CD practices to enhance our delivery pipeline. **What you will bring to the Senior Engineering Manager role** * Excellent leadership and people management skills. * Software engineering background in Python and JavaScript. * Strong understanding of software development methodologies (FDD, Agile, Scrum). * Experience with AWS cloud platforms and SDLC tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket). **Where you'll work** Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements.
