Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to manage the warehouse, supervise operations, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse team leadership 2. End-to-end warehouse operations management 3. Stock quality and efficiency optimization We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to manage our warehouse located in the Arinaga industrial park. You will lead a team of 8 to 10 people, ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your role will be critical in guaranteeing the highest stock quality and identifying potential inefficiencies or incidents. You must report them and propose solutions to optimize your area's performance. Additionally, you will manage all warehouse resources to ensure operational effectiveness. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour weekly schedule and legally mandated breaks. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Residence in Gran Canaria. * Proven prior experience in warehouses utilizing advanced technology (RFID, PDAs, etc.). * Immediate availability. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Valid forklift license.
