Therefore, we are launching a new **PHP Developer** vacancy, which will be part of the Software Department within the Technology area. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Development and maintenance** of backend applications using **PHP 8\.x and Symfony 6/7** * **Design of scalable and maintainable architectures** * **Code reviews and mentoring** of junior developers * **Active participation** in Scrum ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives) * Definition and implementation of **unit, integration, and functional tests** * **Collaboration** with multidisciplinary teams (product, operations, support) * **Technical and functional documentation** of developments **What are we looking for?** * **Over 3 years** of experience in **PHP development** * Proficiency in **Symfony** (minimum 3 years) * Solid experience with **relational databases** (MySQL/PostgreSQL) * Knowledge of **design patterns and SOLID principles** * Experience with **testing** (PHPUnit, Behat or similar) * Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially **Scrum** * **Git proficiency** and collaborative workflows (GitFlow or similar) * Strong communication and teamwork skills * **Exceptional communication ability**: proven capability to act as a "translator" between non-technical (e.g., finance) and technical (IT) profiles * Effective stakeholder management at all levels * Adaptability and resilience amid constant change **What do we value?** * Prior experience in the telecommunications sector * Knowledge of billing, provisioning, or CRM systems * Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or queuing systems * Experience with third-party integrations and middleware **What can we offer you?** * Full-time position with an indefinite contract. * 100% remote work. * Flexible start time between 8:00 and 09:30\. * Intensive working schedule during summer months. * 23 annual working days of vacation to disconnect and recharge. * With our Learning Fridays, we guarantee dedicated time for training during working hours. * Don’t miss out on our Campus Aire University!
