




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare food, cook and present dishes according to recipes, ensuring quality control and food hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stock and order management for kitchen operations We are looking for a cook for an establishment in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main duties will include food preparation—from cutting and washing to cooking and presenting dishes according to established recipes. Various cooking techniques such as frying, baking, and cooking over fire will be required, using appropriate tools for each task. It is essential to maintain strict control over ingredient quality and ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. Additionally, product stock will be managed and necessary orders placed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Prior experience in a similar role, as well as strong culinary technique and plating skills, will be valued. Immediate start is required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00\. The gross monthly salary will be 2\.000 euros.
