We are leaders in building technology companies in cybersecurity, cloud, and data across Spain and Latin America—and we continue to grow. We seek to onboard a **Sales Development Representative**, who will become a trusted, key figure capable of excelling both in executive engagement and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Multi-channel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls). * Identification of decision-makers in IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data departments. * In-depth research of target accounts (account-based mindset). * Lead qualification using a structured methodology (adaptable SPICED), with B2B knowledge. * Scheduling of qualified meetings for the sales team. * Rigorous HubSpot management (contacts, companies, deals, and properties). * Continuous feedback to the team on commercial narrative, objections, and market signals. * Organization and follow-up of executive meetings (preparation of materials, minutes, and follow-up). * Planning and coordination of corporate events (offsites, kick-offs, team buildings, presentations). * Administrative and documentation support (payments, expense tracking, basic reconciliations). * Account mapping tracking for the leadership team and closing/generating commercial meetings. * Coordination of domestic and international travel. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of solid experience as a Sales Development Representative in inside sales roles for startups—SDR/BDR in the tech sector. * Academic degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales of IT services or digital solutions (desirable). * Basic knowledge of data / AI. * Analytical ability and capacity to structure messaging. * Intermediate English, Catalan (not mandatory). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Metrics-driven mindset. High level of autonomy * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities. * Proactive, adaptable profile with high autonomy. * Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Proficiency in office productivity tools and digital environments.
