




Job Summary: We are seeking an electronics professional to provide national-level second-tier technical support to labeling technicians and customers, with a focus on resolving complex incidents and improving products. Management of special equipment projects in coordination with the factory We seek a professional with electronics expertise to deliver national-level second-tier technical support to labeling technicians across Spain. Responsibilities include providing nationwide customer assistance to resolve more complex incidents and direct communication with the factory to propose product improvements. The selected candidate will participate in client meetings when their technical expertise is required, and will be responsible for preparing technical proposals. They will also manage special equipment projects in coordination with the factory, among other duties inherent to the position. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours from Monday to Friday. The working schedule is split-shift, running from 08:00 to 17:15, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. * \- English proficiency level B2\. Electronics engineering, Vocational Training Cycle II / Higher Technician degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
