We are seeking personnel to work in the automotive sector, performing production and assembly tasks at an industrial plant located in Aguilar de Campoo, Palencia. Main responsibilities include participating in assembly lines, handling parts and components, and collaborating on tasks assigned by the line supervisor, all under supervision to meet quality standards. Daily duties involve operating tools and equipment specific to the assembly line, paying close attention to detail to correctly position components and identify potential defects. You will be part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to maintain smooth production flow. The role is physically demanding and performed in an environment where safety is paramount; therefore, established safety protocols must be strictly followed. Prior experience in industrial or automotive sectors is valued. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is required. We seek individuals with strong teamwork skills, discipline, and commitment. The company will provide necessary training for the job responsibilities. The contract is temporary and full-time.
