Job Summary: Assist in the execution and monitoring of the maintenance plan, ensuring comfort and quality standards, and participate in sustainability and infrastructure management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for technical operations related to preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Participation in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. 3. Support in infrastructure management and technical projects. * + **Technical Operations Support:** Assist in executing and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for facilities, ensuring property comfort and quality standards. + **Efficiency and Sustainability:** Participate in analyzing energy consumption (water, gas, electricity) and support the development of initiatives aimed at sustainability and resource optimization. + **Infrastructure Management:** Assist in supervising building management systems (BMS), as well as organizing assets, spare parts, and tools required for service delivery. + **Safety and Compliance:** Understand and apply industrial safety protocols and corporate health, safety, security, and environmental (FLHSSE) guidelines of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. + **Project Support:** Provide administrative and technical support in managing external vendors, reviewing drawings, and updating the hotel’s technical documentation.
