Opportunities for professional development and continuous training JOB DESCRIPTION At Eosol Group, a leader in the development and implementation of renewable energy and innovative solutions, we are looking to bring on board a **SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER** with a proven track record of at least 3 years in managing and supervising landmark building projects. If you are a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of site engineering, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of cutting-edge, challenging projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsibilities inherent to site engineering in the electrical scope; however, due to the uniqueness of the project, coordination with the mechanical engineer will also be required * Ability to liaise with the installation contractor * Coordination with the project design team * Coordination with the other site mechanical engineer (Note: a site mechanical engineer is already present on-site) * Reporting to PMO managers (CBRE): reports, approvals, inspections, transmittals, change orders, etc. * Scheduling management and financial management (certifications, etc.) are outside the scope of this role and handled by the PMO * Health and safety matters are outside the scope of this role and managed by the SyS Coordinator * Provide on-site support to the engineering team responsible for commissioning activities **Requirements:** * Technical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Architect, or equivalent degree * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in site engineering, preferably in landmark buildings * Solid knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology * Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and document management tools * Proven ability in construction documentation and administrative management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities * Residence in the area or willingness to travel as required by the project **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in landmark building projects * English language proficiency (B2 level or higher) * Experience using specialized BIM software such as Revit, ACC, and Navisworks * Availability of a computer with sufficient technical capability to efficiently run BIM/Revit/ACC/Navisworks software **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company in the renewable energy and construction sectors * Participation in challenging and large-scale projects * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications * A dynamic and collaborative work environment If you meet the requirements and are passionate about construction and site engineering, this is your opportunity!
