With teams in Madrid, Lisbon, and Porto, we support our global entities by delivering high-quality data and automation solutions. **MISSION** As a Data Project Assistant Intern, you will support a cross‑border data‑management project serving HR, sourcing, and finance areas. Your work will ensure data quality, automate reporting, and contribute to continuous process improvement, generating real business impact from day one. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Collaborate on preparing and cleansing HR, Sourcing, and Finance data. Automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, advanced Excel, or other tools. Consolidate information from multiple platforms and validate its integrity. Develop automated data quality controls. Support the team in optimizing processes and information flows. Document procedures and train internal users on the solutions developed. **WHAT YOU BRING** Currently pursuing a university degree (in any related field). Interest and prior experience in managing and analyzing large volumes of data. Ability to automate processes (advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, R, etc.). Attention to detail, rigor, and analytical capability. Teamwork, strong communication skills, and proactivity.
