Position Summary: Grupo Téciman is seeking a Quality and Environmental Technician for railway projects, responsible for quality control, environmental management, and regulatory compliance. For new projects in the Railway sector, we require a **SITE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN** in Madrid, reporting to the Project Director. The main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * **Quality control (management of testing laboratories, test plan, etc.)** * Preparation of quality plans, Inspection Point Programs, and Environmental Management Plans. * Implementation and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Plans and Waste Management Plans (RCDs), as well as legal compliance. * Internal follow-up audits of Quality and Environmental Management implementation. * Prior notifications. Control of documentation for both systems: Inspection Point Programs (PPIs), Control Documents (DCS), Inspection Documents (DI), authorized managers, etc. * Control / execution of inspections and tests for quality and environmental control on site, verification of correct application of the Environmental Management Plan (PGA), and analysis of Corrective Actions proposed in Non-Conformance Reports generated on site. * Identification, assessment, and proposal of corrective measures for impacts associated with each identified environmental aspect and risk on site. * Participation in customer audits conducted on projects under their scope. * Verification of compliance with the project test plan. * Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers. * Project indicator management and monitoring of applicable processes. * Management of non-conformities and changes. **Requirements**: * University or vocational degree with a Master’s in Quality and/or Environment. * Minimum 2\-3 years of on-site experience required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the functions described. * Experience in HSEQ. **Location** * Madrid **Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Indefinite-term contract * Opportunity to join a leading company in the sector * Salary commensurate with experience
