About the Role Are you eager to join the team and participate in an aerospace project within a multidisciplinary team of professionals specializing in quality, production, and processes—aiming to ensure product quality throughout its entire manufacturing cycle by applying regulations, continuous improvement methodologies, and certification processes? What You’ll Do on the Project? * Manage quality documentation and reports, as well as project requirements and configurations. * Conduct and follow up on Non-Conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and tools such as 8D, DFMEA/PFMEA, and flowcharts. * Collaborate in preparing procedures, records, and test protocols (unit testing, FAT, SW, HAT, SAT). * Support certifications, audits, and continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). * Participate in developing the Control Plan and PPAP documentation. Your Profile To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * A degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus experience in manufacturing or hardware production quality. * Knowledge of quality regulations and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, PECAL, IPC/WHMA) and familiarity with audits and certifications. * Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, NC, root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma). * English B2/C1 level for interaction with international clients and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. * Rigor, attention to detail, ability to interact with customers/suppliers, and problem-solving skills in production environments.
